WarrantyProof: Receipts is a local-first tool for organizing receipts, warranty dates, serial numbers, and claim notes.

Acceptable use

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, import, export, or share. You should review any receipt, warranty date, serial number, reminder, or exported report before relying on it for support, refund, repair, or warranty requests.

Premium features

Premium unlocks higher storage limits, advanced reminders, PDF exports, serial number vault usage, and archive tools. Premium subscriptions and one-time purchases are processed and managed by the app store where you installed WarrantyProof, including Apple App Store and Google Play.

No guarantee of claim approval

The app helps you keep claim-ready proof organized. It does not guarantee warranty approval, refund approval, repair approval, or insurance outcomes.

Exports and sharing

When you export or share a report or document, you control where that file goes. Review exported information before sending it to a retailer, manufacturer, or service provider.

Availability

The app is provided on an as-is basis. Features may be improved or refined before or after release, but the locked v1.0 scope does not include backend sync, account services, OCR, AI parsing, or advertising features.

Changes

These terms may be revised before public release or submission, including the addition of final publisher contact and jurisdiction details.
