PayWise AI Android Terms of Use

These Terms of Use apply to the Android version of PayWise AI. By using PayWise AI on Android, you agree to use the app only as a personal budgeting and debt planning tool.

Planning tool only

PayWise AI is a budget and debt planning tool. It is not a financial advisor, investment advisor, credit counselor, tax advisor, legal advisor, lender, bank, or debt settlement service.

No guaranteed results

Repayment suggestions, debt avalanche estimates, debt snowball estimates, due-date reminders, dashboard summaries, and payoff timelines are estimates based on the information you enter. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, or different from your actual lender, bank, card issuer, or creditor records. PayWise AI does not guarantee that you will reduce debt, save interest, avoid fees, improve credit, or achieve any financial result.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing your own debts, payment obligations, interest rates, due dates, minimum payments, fees, and creditor terms. You are responsible for all financial decisions you make, including whether, when, and how much to pay toward any debt.

Premium access and Google Play Billing

Premium subscriptions and lifetime access for the Android app are managed through Google Play Billing. Product availability, pricing, free trials, renewals, cancellation, refund eligibility, payment methods, taxes, and receipts are handled by Google Play according to Google Play policies and your Google account settings.

Subscriptions, cancellation, and refunds

If you purchase a monthly or yearly Premium subscription, it may renew automatically unless cancelled through Google Play before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Google Play account. Refund requests and refund decisions follow Google Play policy. PayWise AI cannot directly change Google Play billing records or guarantee refunds.

Lifetime access

Lifetime access, if offered and purchased, unlocks eligible Premium features for the Android app under the product terms shown in Google Play at the time of purchase. Lifetime access does not guarantee that every possible future feature, platform, service, or separate product will be included.

PDF export

PDF export is not promised as an available feature unless it appears as an enabled feature in the Android app and the Google Play listing at the time you use or purchase the app. Do not rely on PDF export being available unless it is clearly live in the Android build you install.

Local data

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter into PayWise AI. The Android app stores debt and payment data locally on your device. If you delete the app or clear app data, local records may be lost unless you have separately preserved them.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse PayWise AI, attempt to bypass Premium access controls, reverse engineer billing behavior, or use the app in a way that violates applicable law or Google Play terms.

Changes

We may update these Terms as PayWise AI changes. Continued use of the Android app after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
