FinishBoard Privacy Policy

FinishBoard is a local-first app for finish sample boards, revision decisions, production references, managed media, and versioned backups.

What FinishBoard collects

The current iOS build does not require an account and does not include analytics, advertising, tracking, or a third-party network SDK. It does not automatically upload board data, media, or backups to a remote server.

Local storage

Boards, revisions, state transitions, SHA-256 checksums, ProductionReference records, and managed media are stored in the app's local storage on your device. A backup exists only when you choose to export it to a location you control.

Media and files

FinishBoard stores media that you explicitly add to a board in app-managed local storage. The current v1.0 implementation does not claim automatic access to your photo library or automatic remote upload.

Sharing and backups

If you export, save, or share a backup, the destination you choose receives that file. You are responsible for reviewing the file and protecting copies stored outside the app. Deleting the app may remove local data that was not separately exported.

Children and sensitive information

FinishBoard has no account or social features. Do not add information to a board that you are not authorized to store or share.
